A little help.

Most things in Dhulo stay simple. Here are the answers that matter.

Can I recover a released note?

No. Final release removes the note from Dhulo, with no in-app bin or undo. We do not have a server copy.

Where are my notes?

On your device, in Dhulo’s local app storage. There is no account or cloud note sync.

Why does Dhulo ask for photos?

Only so you can choose an attachment or profile picture. The app keeps a local copy and does not upload it.

How do I delete everything?

Release notes individually, or use your device settings to clear Dhulo’s app data. Uninstalling also removes local data, subject to device backups.

A note is at zero.

If automatic removal is off, its decayed trace waits for you to choose “Release for good.” The original writing cannot be reopened.

The app is not behaving.

Restart Dhulo and check for an update. If it continues, include your device model, Android version, and what happened when you write to us.

Still stuck?

Write to the person behind Dhulo.
